Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). When the website is accessed, the host automatically processes information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer). This data serves to ensure trouble-free operation, the security of the systems and error analysis. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). The log data is deleted by the host in accordance with the retention periods applicable there. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR exists with the host.

Payment processing

When you click a purchase button, you are redirected to a payment page operated by Stripe. You enter the data required for payment directly with Stripe; it is processed by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policy. No payment data is collected or stored on this website itself. Delivery of the question set

After successful payment you receive the purchased question set as a PDF. I process the e-mail address used for this purpose solely to deliver the file and to handle any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Contacting me

This website contains no contact form. If you send me enquiries by e-mail or telephone, your details (e-mail address or telephone number, content of the enquiry) are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. I do not pass on this data without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
